REMINDER: CORPORATION AND LLC ANNUAL/BIENNIAL REPORTS DUE NOW FOR DECEMBER FISCAL YEAR END!

If your Vermont corporation's fiscal year ends in December, your report is due on March 15th. That's tomorrow! If your Vermont LLC's (including PLCs and L3Cs) fiscal year ends in December, your report is due by March 31st. This is also the deadline for Vermont non-profit corporation reports, although it is a biennial report and fee. All reports can be filed and paid for through the Vermont Secretary of State's website or the Online Business Service Center. If you need to make any changes to your business information such as a new email address or change in officers, this is a good time to do it.
